How to make braised pork skin with tea tree mushroom

1.1 Clean the pig skin.

2.2 Prepare all the ingredients and cut the pig skin from the pork (you can also buy ready-made pig skin).

4.2 Scrape the hair off the pig skin.

9. After the tea tree mushrooms become soft, add the pork skin, stir-fry, and add sugar. Finally, add chicken stock, thicken with water starch, turn off the heat and serve.
