3. Mix the starter dough with the flour mixed in step 3 evenly, place it on a floured workbench, and slowly add small amounts of flour until it becomes a non-sticky, elastic, and smooth dough. Sprinkle flour on the surface, cover with a cloth, and let rise for 1 hour. After 1 hour in a warm environment, the dough has increased significantly.

4. Roll the dough into a circle with a diameter of about 31cm, place it in a buttered mold, and use your fingers to press out a 1cm edge.

5. Beat the egg yolks. Crème fraîche and egg yolks are mixed well. Brush the whipped Crème fraîche over the dough.

6. Chop the onion into small pieces and sprinkle evenly on the dough. Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper and Berberen (Berberen is not a seasoning in traditional recipes, I added it myself). Be careful not to add too much salt, as you will sprinkle it with bacon later. Dice bacon and sprinkle evenly over onions. Put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
