2. Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, minced ginger, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, and curry powder to the chicken, mix well, cover with plastic wrap or lid and marinate for half an hour;

3. Mix the glutinous rice with the rice, wash and dry clean them, put them into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water (not too much water, half the amount of water used to cook the same amount of rice at ordinary times), plug in the power supply, and press the cooking button;

4. After the rice in the rice cooker is boiled, open the lid, put the drained enoki mushrooms on top, then put in the marinated chicken, flatten it a little, and cover the lid;

5. After the rice cooker's cooking button pops up, wait for about 3 minutes and press the cooking button again. Repeat this operation when the cooking button pops up again. Repeat this operation two or three times.

6. Open the lid of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and the fragrant curry rice is ready!
