How to make strawberry fried ice cream

Ingredients: 7 strawberries, 3 tablespoons of fructose, 1 tablespoon of soda, some ice cubes

Production steps:

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into small pieces. Add strawberries, crushed ice, soda and fructose into a mixing cup in that order and blend until combined. Stir briefly with a long spoon and continue beating for 20 seconds.

How to make mango fried ice

Ingredients: 300g mango, 60ml fresh milk

Production steps:

Peel the mango, cut it into small pieces and freeze it. After it’s frozen, add fresh milk and use a juicer to make a smoothie. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with mango slices.

Characteristics of Fried Ice

1. There is no fire under the pan for making fried ice, but the evaporator of a powerful refrigerator. The evaporator is a copper tube coil wrapped around the bottom of the pan, which can take away the heat in the pan. The temperature instantly dropped to around minus 40 degrees Celsius, and water-based foods froze into ice. When making fried ice, pour fresh milk and juice into the pot and stir it constantly with a wooden spatula. Slowly, the liquid in the pot becomes more and more viscous and finally turns into ice mud. Served in a transparent bowl, it is colorful and gorgeous, simply a work of art.
