How to make braised sea bass

Disease comes silently, and it is very likely caused by us always eating out indiscriminately. We should take this as a lesson. The following is an introduction to braised sea bass slices, and we will cook it ourselves in the future.

1. Ask the store to kill the sea bass, then wash and cut it into pieces when you get home.

2.1 Put a little vegetable oil in a flat non-stick pan, add the sea bass slices and fry over medium heat until slightly yellow, set aside.

3.2 Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic into shreds and slices. Pour a small bowl of water into a large glass bowl, add 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, a little salt, a little sugar, thirteen spices, and then add appropriate amount of starch and stir well to make a sauce.

4. Use another wok, pour in the remaining oil from frying the fish, sauté the scallions, ginger and garlic, then pour in the starch sauce and bring to a boil.

5. Pour the fried fish into the sauce and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes.

6. Finally, I added a few blanched broccoli as decoration.
