How to make fancy Dongpo pork

1. Cut the green onion into two sections; smash the ginger; split the sugarcane peel into narrow strips and weave them into a grid to replace the bamboo fence. 6. Remove the ginger and scallions, take out the meat and place it on a plate, then pour the remaining soup from the pot on top.
