How to make Shaanxi three-fresh meatball soup

4.2 Put the meat filling into a bowl, and add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of pepper, appropriate amounts of chopped green onion and ginger, 5 spoonfuls of starch, an egg, and 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil.

5. Use a spoon and your palms to beat the minced meat into balls.

6. Pour oil into the wok and heat it to 60% hot. Put the meatballs into the wok one by one and fry until they are 80% cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.

7. Wash the fungus and day lily, slice the carrots and cut the coriander into sections.

8. First boil the bone soup in a pot, then add snapper, meatballs, carrots, day lily and fungus and bring to a boil.

9. Finally, add the vermicelli. After the soup boils, add the vegetables, and sprinkle some coriander and chopped green onions. Depending on the taste, add salt and a little MSG as appropriate and serve.
