1. Steam the pork skin in a pressure cooker, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Cut the steamed pork skin into strips, put it into a casserole with water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Until the soup turns milky white.

2. Pour out the soup while it's still hot, put it into a container, and put it in the refrigerator after it cools down (of course, you don't have to put it in the refrigerator in weather like this), and it will become pork skin jelly.

3.Mix the minced meat and pork skin jelly together.

4. Add chopped ginger and chopped green onion.

5. Add salt, cooking wine and chicken essence, stir in one direction, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6. Add water to flour and knead until it is smooth.

7. Pinch into strips, add dough, and roll into round shape.

8. After wrapping, steam it.

9.Put sesame oil and soy sauce in a small dish. It tastes so delicious!
