1. Wash and peel the pumpkin.

2. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.

8. Add yeast water and pumpkin puree to flour.

11. Heat the milk and add butter and sugar until dissolved.

12. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour into the milk with cream.

13. Add starch and custard powder into the milk with cream and eggs and stir well.

14. Heat in the microwave, take out and stir once every 30 seconds until the custard filling becomes thick.

15. If you insert your finger into the dough and it does not sink or shrink, it means it is well fermented.

16. Take out the dough and deflate it.

17. After kneading the dough into long strips, cut it into small pieces.

18. Roll the small dough into round pieces the size of a rice bowl.

19. Wrap into mini buns.

20. Small and very cute.

21. Put it in the pot and steam for 10 minutes.
