1.Cut the long beans into small pieces.

14. Fry over medium heat, turning it over several times until it turns golden brown. Then turn to high heat to force out the oil and drain.

15. Prepare the sauce and set aside. The sauce tastes a bit sour and a bit sweet. Can be adjusted according to personal preference.

16. Decorate the dish. It is very delicious when eaten with some sauce.
