How to make colorful pizza

1. Knead all the ingredients into dough until the dough becomes very chewy. Stretch the dough until it forms a relatively thin film (expansion stage). Place the dough in an environment of about 26 degrees, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment until it becomes twice as large (in summer, it can be placed at room temperature, about 1 hour, I took 1.5 hours)

2. When making it, I added the amount of water exactly as specified in the recipe. It was quite thin and sticky at the beginning, but it got better and better as long as I kneaded it patiently. I also added a little flour when it was very sticky, but I must not add too much. Finally, the dough felt very soft in my hands.

3. 120g mozzarella cheese shredded

4. Dice the ham; slice the sausage and remove the casing; cut the maple leaf jerky into thin strips

5. Cut the green pepper into rings and remove the core; dice the onion

6. Cut the carrot into small pieces, put them into a wok without adding oil and stir-fry until they change color (to avoid too much water)

7. Squeeze out the air from the fermented dough and divide it into several portions (for 8-inch dough, divide it into 3 portions), and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

8. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, place the proofed dough on the chopping board, and flatten it with your palm. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round pancake about 8 inches in size. You can use your palm to shape the dough into a shape that is thin in the middle and thick around the edges.

9. Line the baking tray with tin foil or apply oil, place the dough on the baking tray, and use a fork to poke some small holes in the middle of the dough to prevent the bottom of the dough from bulging during baking.

10. Apply a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the cake and let it ferment at room temperature for 20 minutes

11. Scoop three tablespoons of homemade pizza sauce on the dough and spread it evenly with a brush or spoon. No need to apply sauce on the outside of the pancake, about 1CM

12. Sprinkle evenly with a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 50 grams)

13. Sprinkle with diced ham

14. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese (about 20 grams)

15. Top with shredded meat and sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 20 grams)

16. Evenly place carrot slices, onion cubes, and green pepper rings

17. Finally, put a few slices of sausage on top

18. Place in the middle layer of the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Take it out 5 minutes before leaving the oven, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese (about 30 grams), and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes. You can also sprinkle some cheese powder on the surface.
