Beef tripe(500g)

Duck blood(200g)

Longkou Vermicelli(500g)

Coriander leaves, minced garlic

Chili oil, a little fermented bean curd

A little sesame paste

A little salt, sesame oil, and soy sauce

1. Rinse the whole piece of tripe/tripe with clean water, wash it several times, slice the tripe/tripe, the thinner the better, boil water, blanch it once, the time must not be too long, it will be too tough to chew, blanch it and set aside

2. Cut the duck blood into small pieces, boil water, blanch it, and set aside

3. Add soy sauce and minced garlic to make a sauce for later use. The amount should be around 40 grams.

6. Add the vermicelli soup, a drop of sesame oil, and coriander according to personal taste;
