1.Put the yam in a pot and cook it.

2.1 After the yam is cooked, peel and crush it, and cut the preserved fruit into pieces of similar size to the dates.

3.2 Remove the core of the jujube and cut it in half.

4.12 Add dates, preserved fruits and sugar (about 4 or 5 spoons) into the yam puree and mix well.

9. Place it on a covered curtain to cool. It will become hard after cooling. At this time, the semi-finished fruit rolls are basically ready. You can put them in the refrigerator or freeze them and make the rest when you want to eat them.

10. When ready to eat, cut into slices about one centimeter thick.

11. When frying in a frying pan, the fire should not be too big, otherwise the food will be burnt and look ugly. Fry until golden brown.

12. Put two teaspoons of white sugar in the pot.

13. Add water and starch and bring to a boil.

14. Add the fried burritos and thicken.

15. Serve.
