Cut the fried tofu in half, slice the meat, cut the soaked mushrooms into shreds, and chop the garlic into pieces for later use. 2. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and turn on medium heat. 3. After the pan is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry, then add the soaked shiitake mushroom shreds and continue to stir-fry, add appropriate amount of rice wine, water and soy sauce and simmer. 4.
