Fried lotus root with lean meat

Ingredients: 500g lotus root, 150g lean meat, 50g ginger, 50g garlic, 3 shallots, 2 green peppers, 2 red peppers, salt, oyster sauce, MSG, chicken powder, bean paste, cornstarch, soy sauce
