How to make steamed stinky tofu with minced meat

1.1 Rinse the stinky tofu in cold water first.

2.2 Prepare the ingredients.

3.1 Mince the pork, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, minced ginger and soy sauce and mix well.

4.2 Add water and blanch again.

5. Place the blanched tofu on the bottom of the plate, add the meat sauce on top and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce. Steam for about 20 minutes.

6. Pour out the steamed soup, add a few drops of starch, salt and chicken essence and cook until thick.

7. Pour it on the tofu and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil on it.
