Christmas roast chicken recipe

3.1 Put carrot cubes, potato cubes, onions and sweet peas in a bowl, add olive oil, 1g black pepper and salt, mix well and set aside

5. Put brandy, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, salt, minced garlic and 2g of crushed black pepper into a bowl and mix them into sauce.

6. Apply the sauce evenly on the outside and inside of the three-yellow chicken, massage it thoroughly, and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for one hour.

7. Stuff some potatoes, carrots, onions and sweet peas into the chicken's stomach and seal the tail with a toothpick.

8. Line the baking tray with tin foil and place the remaining potatoes, carrots, onions, sweet peas and cherry tomatoes on top.

9. Finally, place the chicken on the vegetables, put it in the lower layer of the oven, and bake it at 200 degrees for about an hour and a half, until the color is attractive brown red.
