2.1 Cut the lotus root about 5-10mm from one end to see the hole, and set aside the sliced ​​lotus root for later use

6. Put lotus root, longan, plum, red dates and water in the pressure cooker. The water level should be higher than the lotus root. (Put less lotus root horizontally and more vertically, with the toothpick seal facing upwards. The water must be higher than the lotus root.) Cook until done, take out and let cool.

7. Take out the water used to boil the lotus root, put it into another pot, add rock sugar, and boil the sugar juice. It is better to make it thick. It can be used as a dip when eating lotus root.
