Yogurt cake (microwave version)

1. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and prepare all the ingredients.

2. Add a little white sugar to the egg yolk bowl and beat them. Add melted butter three times (butter can be melted in a microwave on high for one minute), and after the oil and egg yolk are fully mixed, add the mixture of flour and baking powder three times (use a stirring stick to stir, do not use a circular method), and add cranberries after everything is mixed evenly.

3. Add three drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat until large bubbles appear; add sugar for the first time and beat until medium bubbles appear; add sugar for the second time and beat until small foam appears; add sugar for the third time and beat until there are no bubbles and chopsticks can be hung in a triangle.

4. Add one-third of egg whites to the egg yolk liquid and mix well. Then pour all the egg yolk liquid into the egg white liquid and mix well. Pour into the mold and tap the bottom lightly (I use a 6-inch mold with a removable bottom, so I tap the side). Microwave on medium high for two minutes, high for five minutes.
