Now, I will teach you how to make tomato and cured rice balls.

1.1 First dice the tomatoes (or blend them into tomato sauce), dice the bacon, add appropriate amount of salt and water, and cook or steam them into rice.

2.2 Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 50 grams of bacon, 150 grams of rice, 3 green onions.

3.1 Finally, you can make various types of rice balls according to your own preferences. What I made is relatively simple. I just pressed it into a circle, sprinkled some black sesame seeds on the surface, and put half a strawberry on each.

4.2 When the rice is cooked, add chopped green onions, chicken essence, etc. for seasoning while it is still hot.

5. If you like glutinous rice snacks, you can use glutinous rice flour and salt to make the dough first.

6. Wrap the rice in the dough like making dumplings.

7.Finally put it into the oil pan and fry until cooked.

8. Crispy and glutinous, but not greasy.
