1.1 Prepared onion slices and red and green peppers

2.2 Remove the fascia from the beef and cut it into slices. Add some five-spice powder, salt, chicken essence, and a little soy sauce to adjust the taste. If you like the flavor, you can marinate it a day in advance, or you can marinate it and fry it immediately.

3. Put a small amount of oil in the non-stick pan, about 2 or 3 spoons of oil in a porcelain spoon for drinking soup, not too much. Put the beef and vegetables in a pan and fry them slowly over low heat. Water will come out after frying for a while. Continue frying over low heat until the water is slowly dried up.

4. The color of the beef has become darker, and the meat has become dry and fragrant. Put some washed lettuce leaves in the pan and fry them slightly. I was lazy, and the lettuce released some water, which wet the beef a little. I should have fried the lettuce after the beef was out of the pan. Don't fry it too soft, keep it crispy and tender. Sprinkle some salt on the lettuce and it is ready to serve. (I used ball lettuce)
