Put a small piece of dough into the pot. The suitable oil temperature is that the dough will slowly and evenly expand and float to the surface of the oil. The oil temperature should be kept within this range. Remember not to set the oil temperature too high because it is the yeast that makes the dough rise and it takes time. If the oil temperature is too high, the surface will crust over prematurely and the dough will not rise. 5. The last step is to start frying. Stack the noodles cut into strips on top of each other, use a chopstick to press a horizontal groove in the middle along the long direction, lift the pressed noodles with both hands and gently pull them into twice as long thin strips, put them in the oil and blanch them for a few times, then pinch the noodles on your fingers with both hands to make the whole noodle go into the oil pan, use chopsticks to turn the noodles over slowly and evenly, fry until they are puffed and golden, then take them out, and the delicious and safe fried dough sticks are ready!
