What skills do you need to master in order to make a sponge tart that tastes good, looks great, and is quick to make? Don’t be afraid. In fact, sponge tarts are very easy to make. Don’t add too many seasonings. Just keep the original flavor of the food. You can add coriander and chopped green onions at the end to make it taste even better.

1. Prepare the materials

2. Brush the inside of the baking tray with a little vegetable oil and put baking paper on it. (This will make it easier to take the cake out after it’s baked)

3. Put eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and stir with a whisk.

4. When the eggs and sugar are stirred until they become cotton-like, add the flour and stir slowly with a spoon. Be sure to stir slowly, otherwise the air inside will escape.

5. Pour the stirred liquid into the baking tray and spread it evenly with a spoon to smooth the surface.

6. Put it in the preheated oven, 200 degrees, bake for 15 minutes

7. After fifteen minutes, take out the cake, wait for it to cool down, then carefully remove it from the baking pan and tear off the baking paper.

8. Put your favorite fruits in the cake plate

9. In order to make it more beautiful and translucent, I put arrowroot powder into light-colored juice and heated it. When it becomes sticky, transparent and free of impurities, I apply it on the fruit. However, this step can be omitted if you only eat it at home.

10. Finally, use a whisk to stir the whipped cream. After stirring, put the cream into a piping bag and a piping nozzle to decorate the cake.
