How to make steamed eggplant with fish flavor

7. While steaming the eggplant, you can prepare the fish-flavored sauce in advance and stir-fry the chili bean sauce first.

8. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Pour in soy sauce to reduce the cooking time, adjust the color and enhance the flavor.

10. Add rice wine and stir-fry evenly.

11. Season with a little chicken powder.

12. Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

13. Pour two tablespoons of white sugar into the pot and stir well.

14. Pour in aged vinegar to bring out the fish aroma.

15. Add a little minced garlic to the pot for the final flavor enhancement.

16. Thicken with water starch and mix well.

17. Finally, add the bell peppers for garnish. The fish flavor is already very strong at this point.

18. Take the steamed eggplant out of the steamer, place it on a plate, and drizzle it with fish sauce. It is ready. It takes 13 minutes.
