How to make sweet and sour dried pomfret

1. Prepare the seasoning.

2. Wash the pomfret in advance and air-dry it in a cool place.

4. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

5. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

12. Finally, add appropriate amount of fresh vegetables and rice vinegar.
