Steamed scallops with vermicelli and garlic

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for half an hour in advance to soften it; Wash the scallops: open the scallops, use a tool to gently remove the meat along the edge, and remove the black part; rinse the meat with the black part removed under running water, and select a shell to clean it with a toothbrush, and marinate it with Huadiao wine.

2.1 While the scallops are being marinated, start processing the minced garlic. Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced garlic until 70% to 80% cooked. Add a little salt and chicken stock, mix well, add appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, stir and mix into juice.

3.2 Chop the garlic into minced garlic and cut the bell pepper into small pieces

4. Put a layer of vermicelli, a layer of scallop meat, and then a layer of vermicelli. Pour the mixed sauce on the scallop vermicelli. Steam over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Finally, pour some hot oil for a more fragrant taste.
