After finishing, turn off the heat and let the meat soak in the soup to make it more flavorful. When you need it, just take out a part of it and let the rest cool naturally and put it in the refrigerator or freezer

7. Take an appropriate amount of dried beans and soak them in water.

8. Take out the frozen meat, thaw it slightly and cut it into thin slices

9. Cut the soaked dried beans into small pieces, put them in a large bowl, and sprinkle a layer of salt evenly

10. Cover the beans with the sliced ​​meat

11. Add appropriate amount of cold water to the pot, place the steaming bowl on the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and steam for about 25 minutes

12. To prepare the sauce, mix salt, sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped garlic sprouts. After the steaming bowl is done, sprinkle the sauce evenly in the steaming bowl, cover the pot and simmer for a while before serving.
