How to make roast meat

4. Put the pork belly into the pot, add cold water to cover the meat, add the prepared spices, and cook over high heat for 15 minutes

5. Turn off the heat when you can penetrate the meat with chopsticks but there is resistance

6. Take out the meat

7. Skim off the foam from the remaining soup in the pot

8. Pour the soup into a small bowl and set aside

9. Put half a bowl of cold water in the pot, add 10 grams of rock sugar, and boil over high heat.

10. When the rock sugar is melted and the water evaporates, and the foam in the pot turns brown, immediately pour a small amount of hot water into the pot until the soup melts. The cooked soup is the sugar color.

11. Use a brush to dip the soup and brush it evenly on all surfaces of the cooked pork belly.

12. Add more cooking oil to the wok and heat it up to 80% hot.

13. Add the sugar-coated pork belly and fry it.

14. Fry the meat until all sides turn red.
