How to make steamed tofu dumplings

1. Prepare the ingredients, add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger wine, oil, etc. to the minced meat and mix well. Marinate for ten minutes.

2. Chop the northern tofu lightly with a knife

3. Put the chopped tofu into clean gauze

4. Wrap the tofu with gauze and squeeze out the water from the tofu

5. Squeeze the tofu as dry as possible, pour it into the sieve, and let it sit to drain.

6. Take a deep bowl and mix the tofu and marinated meat.

7. Mix the whole night with the meat filling by hand

8. Shape into a tofu ball

9. Put the tofu balls into a shallow dish and steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes.

10. After 15 minutes, take out the steamed tofu balls and place them on a separate plate. Pour the juice from the bottom of the steaming plate into the pot

11. Bring the juice to a boil and add appropriate amount of water starch to make a tasty sauce

12. Pour the sauce on the tofu balls.
