Steamed Eggplant with Minced Meat

Summer has just passed and the food delivery staff have gradually stopped coming. The fact that so many people order takeout shows how lazy modern people are. 1.12 Wash the eggplant, peel it, cut it in half and cut it into small pieces

2.21 Season the minced meat with soy sauce, salt, sugar and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Place the eggplant on a plate and put the marinated minced meat on top of the eggplant.

4. Put water in the steamer and boil it. Steam the ingredients in step 3 for 10 minutes.

5. Take it out and sprinkle the chopped green onion and chili on the steamed minced meat and eggplant

6. Heat a little oil in another pan

7. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil into the mixture in step 5.

8. Pour the heated oil from step 6 over the minced meat and eggplant

9. Eat while hot
