How to make egg wrap sandwich

How to make egg wrap sandwich

Are you always excited when you see exquisite dishes? Unfortunately, I am not good at cooking and time permits. The egg skin sandwich is simple to make and can solve your troubles. The preparation method is not difficult, but it allows you to enjoy the fun of food and the experience brought by the taste.

1. Prepare the ingredients. You need 4 eggs. I took two less when taking the photo. You can make 4 egg skin sandwiches with 4 eggs.

2. Slice as shown; (8 slices are enough for sandwiches)

3. Beat another egg, heat a little oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg liquid, pick up the frying pan and shake it in circles to make the egg liquid into a large round cake, try to shake it as big as possible; (Remember to spread the egg skin on low heat)

4. When the egg liquid is almost solidified, turn it over and fry the other side (use your thumb and index finger to pinch a little egg skin and use the spatula to slowly turn it over)

5. Check if the other side is fried until it is golden brown, then the egg skin is ready. Follow the same method to make the rest.

6. Set aside the fried egg skin; (It’s so beautiful, I can fry it even if I’m a novice, I believe you can do it too)

7. Take a proper amount of butter, and when the oil turns into liquid, put the sandwich ham in and fry until both sides are golden brown (if there is no sandwich, you can use ham sausage instead) (If there is no butter, you can use oil instead, and butter is very fragrant when fried. This time I used oil for frying because the butter happened to be used up last time)

8. Don’t waste the butter left in the pan. Fry the toast in the pan to absorb the oil.

9. Everything is ready, just need to start;

10. Spread the salad on the toast, and then put the tomatoes, cucumbers, and ham on top; (You will cut the toast into 4 pieces later, and try to leave a cross when laying the pieces to make it easier to cut)

11. Take another piece of toast and spread it with salad, and place the side with salad on the ham;

12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 and the sandwich is ready;

13. Cut in half and cut into 4 pieces;

14. Use 4 egg skins to wrap the sandwiches and you are done!

15. Cut it open and take a beautiful photo! Pair it with a glass of milk and you have a nutritious breakfast!

Do you want to be a clever daughter-in-law who is liked by your husband and praised by your mother-in-law? Then start by capturing their appetite! After learning how to make egg wrap sandwiches, you can cook them for them yourself, and I believe you will be able to win their hearts.
