Fried chicken legs

When you have to continue working despite dragging your tired body, do you yearn for the food street on the roadside? In fact, it is unhygienic to eat on the roadside. You might as well learn to cook it yourself. Now, let me show you how to fry chicken legs.

1. Cut the chicken leg three times on the skin side. It would be best if you can debone the chicken legs yourself. Then marinate with cooking wine, oyster sauce (or soy sauce), sugar, some fermented bean curd juice, and white pepper for half an hour.

2. Use brown sugar, chicken powder, soy sauce, wine, cola and honey to make juice. (Hey, the picture and text don’t match because I happened to have unused lees and brown sugar plum wine at home, so I used them to replace the last four things)

3. Put some oil in the pan and fry the chicken skin side down until golden brown.

4. Then turn it over and continue frying until the other side is cooked.

5. Add the sauce and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the meat is soft and tasty. Then you can cook over high heat until the sauce is absorbed.

6. If you don’t mind the trouble, use another pan, apply a small amount of oil, and fry the skin side of the chicken legs again to make them crispy. Serve over white rice :)
