1. Pre-marinate the shrimps with salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and pepper.

2. Beat the eggs, add a little salt and mix well.

3. Chop the green onion into small pieces.

4. Prepare a mini pot and apply a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the pot.

5. Don't use too high a heat. Pour in more than one or two tablespoons of egg liquid. Turn the pan to spread the egg liquid evenly on the bottom of the pan. Add shrimps and chopped green onions. Put as many ingredients as possible aside. If you like more meat, you can use two or three shrimps.

6. Use chopsticks to help a small spatula to fold the unfilled side to the opposite side to form a semicircle. Then use the spatula to press the joint for a few to ten seconds to consolidate it. If the joint does not stick when folded, add a few drops of egg liquid next to it to make it stick. Then turn it over and fry it slightly.

7. This is the finished product.
