How to cook shredded pork tenderloin with chrysanthemum stems

11. Put the blanched pork tenderloin, chrysanthemum stems and carrot shreds into a plate

12. Add a little salt, chicken powder and light soy sauce.

13. Put a little oil in the wok, add the peppercorns and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. After the peppercorns are fried to a fragrant aroma, remove them and discard.

14. When the pepper oil in the pot starts to smoke, pour it directly into the dish with seasonings and mix well.
