4. The last step is to bake. I use an electric baking pan. Now I need to use cooking oil. Use a brush to apply a thin layer, not too much. Then put the pancake in and cover it. I use upper and lower fire. It will be done in about five or six minutes.

5. You can check on it from time to time, tap it with a spatula, and it’s done when you hear a popping sound. If you like crispy skin, you can bake it a little longer, and then it’s ready to eat.

Tips:

Before filling the brown sugar, I will add a pinch of white flour and mix well so that it won’t flow too much. In addition, if you like salty food, you can spread out the dough first, sprinkle with chopped green onion, pepper powder, salt, and oil, spread evenly, roll it into a roll, and then make it into small pieces.
