How to stack meat pie

Thousand Layer Meat Pie is an amazing pasta dish, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It looks very difficult, but when you try it you will find that it is not as difficult as you imagined. Although it is called Thousand Layer Meat Pie, it actually does not have so many layers. The method of folding the Thousand Layer Meat Pie is also very simple. Just cut it twice, put the meat filling on it, and slowly roll it up in one direction.

1. How to increase the number of layers of Thousand Layer Cake:

1. The dough should be softer, about the same size as your earlobe.

2. Use boiled water to knead the dough, don’t use tap water, and make sure the dough is left to rest after kneading.

3. Apply tea seed oil evenly on the entire dough, then sprinkle flour on it, and then spread the flour evenly on the entire dough to allow the oil to be absorbed as much as possible. The purpose of doing this is to make the cake have multiple layers and be crispy.

4. Roll up the dough in one direction, and then roll one end inward. This will also make the pancake have more layers.

2. Specific production method of Thousand Layer Cake:

Ingredients: 300g medium-gluten flour, 50g bean dregs, 150-180g water, 2g salt, tea seed oil as needed

1) Put the flour into a bowl and set aside;

2 ) Do not throw away the dregs after squeezing out the soy milk. The cakes made with the dregs are not only soft but also delicious. They have a good taste and you won’t feel the dregs.

3) Add the bean dregs to the flour. Do not add all the water at once. Add more than half of the water first, then add little by little until it is as soft as the earlobe.

4) Cover the kneaded dough with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes. After kneading it evenly, let it rest for another 15 minutes.

5) Take out the dough and place it on a floured board, knead it thoroughly;

6) Divide the kneaded dough into three parts, roll one part into a round cake, try to roll it as thinly and as large as possible, then sprinkle two tablespoons of tea seed oil evenly on it;

7) Take a corner of the dough that has been sprinkled with oil and evenly dip it in oil. After the entire dough is evenly covered with oil, sprinkle a pinch of salt on it, and then sprinkle a layer of flour evenly on it.

9) Then, use the same method as step (7) to coat the entire dough with flour. This is the simple puff pastry.

10) Roll up the dough with the pastry in a clockwise direction and roll one side inwards into a round shape. Then flatten it and gently roll it into a round cake of twice its size.

11) Put the rolled dough into a frying pan and fry over medium-low heat. When one side turns golden brown, turn it over and fry until both sides are golden brown.
