Ingredients: 200g flour, 160g water, 200g beef, cabbage, half an onion, 1 egg white, green onion, ginger slices, peppercorns, star anise, oil, salt, minced ginger, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce.

1. Pour warm water into the flour and stir with chopsticks while pouring until it becomes a thick batter. When the batter can be picked up by chopsticks, leave it aside for about 2 hours.

2. Chop the onion and cabbage, put them into the oil pan and stir-fry for a few times, then remove and set aside.

3. Wash the pot, add a small bowl of water, put in the peppercorns, star anise, scallion segments and ginger slices. After the water boils, simmer for five minutes and turn off the heat. Filter out impurities and keep the pepper water for later use.

4. Chop the beef, slowly pour the cooked pepper water into the beef filling, then add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, egg white, and cooking oil, stir clockwise with chopsticks, then add the fried chopped onion and cabbage and mix well.

5. Put an appropriate amount of flour on the plate, pick up a lump of batter with chopsticks, place it on the plate, let the surface of the batter be covered with flour, and then press the dough into a round cake with your hands.

6. Put appropriate amount of meat filling on the dough and fold the dough in half to wrap the meat filling.

7. Gently flatten it into a meat patty.

8. Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, put the pancake in and fry it. When both sides of the dough are golden and slightly puffy, it is done.
