17. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation for about 20 minutes.

18. After the second rise is completed, take out the baking tray.

19. Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with crispy crumbs.

20. Place in the oven at 325F (163C), upper middle rack, for 20 minutes.
