Making Pizza

First, add the weighed flour to the ingredients and mix well. Okay, a delicious pizza is out of the oven. It is worth noting that it tastes best when eaten right out of the oven. Don’t wait until it has been left out for a long time before tasting it. Pizza is generally divided into three sizes: 6 inches (cut into 4 pieces), 9 inches (cut into 6 pieces), and 12 inches (cut into 8 pieces). It is also divided into thick and thin types according to thickness.

The reason why pizza is so popular is that besides being delicious, it can also be garnished with other snacks. For example, Pizza Hut's pizza is served with milky chicken and mushroom soup, spicy chicken wings, a variety of baked dumplings, fried potato wedges, a self-service salad bar, and more.

1. Add milk powder and butter to flour and mix well. Let it rest for 2 hours.

2. Wash the onion and cut it into rings, wash the green pepper and cut it into dices, wash the mushroom and cut it into slices

3. Pour a little oil on the frying pan, put the dough into the pan and press it into a round pancake with a thin middle and thick edges. Use a toothpick to evenly spread it on the pan.

The pie is pierced with small holes, then topped with tomato sauce and garlic chili sauce, plus onions, green peppers, mushrooms, shrimps, and shredded cheese.

4. Put the seasoned pizza into the microwave for 10 minutes, then press the (bake crispy) button for 5 minutes.

Simple method

Use an appropriate amount of warm milk (preferably around 40°C) and add an appropriate amount of yeast (if you want rapid fermentation, add more). After stirring evenly, add flour and stir evenly with chopsticks. The dough should be thinner and softer and well fermented. Those who like a strong milky flavor can add an appropriate amount of cream to the milk.

2. Prepare materials

1. Condiments: tomato sauce, salad dressing (friends who don’t eat eggs can use sweet bean sauce or soy sauce instead), shredded cheese or diced cheese.

2. Fruits and vegetables: cooked sweet corn, diced mushrooms (Oregano are best), carrot slices, green pepper cubes, red pepper cubes, olive paste, chopped hazelnuts, chopped walnuts, pine nuts, etc.

3. Production

After the dough is fermented, preheat the frying pan, put a thin layer of vegetable oil on the bottom of the pan, spread the fermented dough evenly on the bottom of the pan, pour a little vegetable oil on the dough, add a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of salad sauce (or sweet noodle sauce, etc.) (depending on your own taste), sprinkle with prepared fruits and vegetables, and evenly place shredded cheese or diced cheese on the top. Bake over low heat for about 15 minutes.
