1. Knead the dough in the bread machine for 1 hour and then put it in the refrigerator for fermentation. Start kneading the dough around 5pm, divide it into 50g pieces and knead evenly. After kneading, let it rise for 15 minutes.

2. Roll the proofed dough into a rectangle.

3. Place half a stick of bacon (cut the bacon in half) on the dough.

4. Place half a slice of cheese on top and cut the cheese slice in half.

5. Roll it up and pinch the edges tightly.

6. After rolling, let it set for a while.

7. Use a knife to cut it in half, but be careful not to cut it off.

8. Spread out the slices after cutting.

9. Place in a bread paper tray to ferment.

10. Put it in the oven to ferment for 40 minutes. (Add a bowl of hot water to the oven's fermentation function to maintain temperature and humidity).

11. After fermentation, apply egg liquid.

12. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, then put the bread coated with egg liquid into the oven.

13. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
