1. Mix glutinous rice flour with water

2. Soak the tapioca pearls in cold water for 15 minutes.

3. Wash the red dates and wolfberries for later use

4. Wash and dry the sesame seeds and use them as glutinous rice cake fillings.

5. Add water first, and when the water boils, put in the prepared glutinous rice balls. After boiling, add tapioca pearls, red dates, wolfberries, and rock sugar, and boil for about fifteen minutes.

6. Let it cool down and freeze it in the refrigerator!
