How to cook monkfish with oyster sauce

1.1 Put garlic and ginger slices into the pot and fry until fragrant

2.2 Marinate the fish with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, starch, cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes

3. Add the marinated fish and fry until both sides are golden brown

4. Cut the red bell pepper, green bell pepper and purple onion into 2 cm cubes and put them in another pot

6. Add the remaining ginseng when it is almost done with the pot to add a little bright green. The fully fried ginseng leaves are very dark in color.
