Spicy cumin grilled fish recipe

1. Kill the crucian carp, remove the black film on the abdomen, and wash it clean. Use a kitchen towel to absorb excess water and set aside.

2. Prepare the seasonings. I used hot peppers. If you can eat spicy food, it is best to use chili powder. The color is beautiful and it is more flavorful when pickled.

3. Mix all the seasonings together except chopped green onion, white sesame and some cumin.

4. Spread the mixed seasoning evenly on the fish body. Be sure to put some seasoning in the fish belly so that it will be more flavorful. Marinate for at least half an hour (put in the refrigerator in summer)

5. Put the marinated fish into the grill and fix it

6. Sprinkle the marinated seasoning and the remaining cumin on the fish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then put the grill in and bake for about 20 minutes.

7. Take out the grill, brush it with oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds, adjust the oven temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 5 minutes

8. Serve on a plate
