How to make love cake roll

3. Add 1 gram of salt and 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolk and beat until well mixed.

4. Add 50 grams of salad oil in three times, stirring evenly each time.

5. Add the milk in two batches, beating well each time.

6. Sift in low flour and beat until there are no particles.

7. Take a bowl and put about 10 grams of egg yolk paste into it, then pour in 4 drops of red pigment and mix well.

8. Beat the egg whites and squeeze in 5 drops of lemon juice.

9. When the mixture is whipped to large bubbles, add 1/3 of 50g of sugar.

10. Continue beating until the volume increases by about 1 time. When the bubbles are dense, add 1/2 of the remaining sugar.

11. Continue beating until textured surface appears and then add remaining sugar.

12. Beat until it is wet and foamy, with long pointed corners, but not very straight, and will not fall off when turned upside down.

13. Take about twice the volume of egg whites as the red egg yolk paste and add it into the mixture and mix well.

14. Prepare a piping bag and put it into a small bottle, then fill it with red cake batter.

15. Cut a small hole and tie a knot in the remaining space at the top.

16. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper and draw a heart using a piping bag.

17. When drawing a heart, draw from both ends towards the middle, so you can start rolling from either end. After drawing, put it in the oven and bake for 2 minutes before taking it out.

19. When baking the hearts, add 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and mix well. From here on, you can only use a rubber spatula to flip it up from the bottom like stir-frying, and then cut it. Do not make circles to avoid degassing.

20. Pour the egg yolk paste into the egg whites and stir evenly. Beat until the egg whites and yolks are fully blended.

21. The appearance of being mixed.

22. Pour the mixed cake batter into the baked heart-shaped baking pan, smooth the surface, then lift it up and shake it twice to eliminate the bubbles on the surface, and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

23. After baking, take it out and immediately turn it upside down on the baking rack covered with baking paper, and peel off the baking paper on the cake.

24. Place another piece of wax paper, turn the cake over, and then peel off the wax paper.

25.Spread strawberry jam on it.

26. Roll it forward together with the wax paper (the photo of the roll is blurry and cannot be seen clearly), and let it set for 10 minutes. It will taste better after being refrigerated.
