1.1 Add water to flour and knead into dough, roll into thin strips, cut into small pieces, and roll into thin slices.

2.2 Chop the chives into fine pieces, fry the eggs and mash them. (I only remembered to take pictures when I was almost done making the dumplings, so there was very little egg in them)

3. Put the leek and egg filling into the dough, fold the dough in half, pinch the middle edge tightly, and then pinch it up from both sides to make a bell-shaped dumpling.

4. Show off the dumplings you made.

5. Heat the electric baking pan, apply a layer of oil on the bottom and put in the dumplings.

6. After two minutes, turn over and continue frying. It can be eaten directly or with sauce. My son likes to eat it this way, this is his portion, and we all eat dumplings.
