9. Put appropriate amount of red bean paste filling into the circle and flatten it slightly. Brush the outside of the circle with olive oil and sprinkle with black sesame powder.

10. Roll out the other dough into the size of a pizza pan and carefully place it on top of the pizza pan.

11. Use your hands to gently adjust the two pancakes to the same size, and then use a bowl to make a round mark on them.

12. Gently lift up the two round cakes and use scissors to cut the outside of the circle into 16 equal parts.

13. Turn each portion over so that the bottom side is facing up.

14. Ferment until about 1.5 times its size. Brush the surface with pure milk, sprinkle white sesame seeds inside the circle, sprinkle black sesame seeds in the center, then use a brush dipped in milk to lightly press the sesame seeds to make them firm.

15. After preheating the oven, cook on the middle layer at 180℃ for about 22 minutes until it turns golden and is cooked when the side bounces back when pressed with chopsticks.
