6. Pour in pure milk.

7. Pour in plain yogurt.

8. Mix milk and yogurt together.

9. Add a few drops of vanilla extract.

10. Sift the pre-mixed low flour and cocoa powder into the egg yolk paste.

11. Use a whisk to mix evenly.

12. Add 45 grams of fine sugar to the egg white.

13. Beat with an electric mixer on low to high speed.

14. Whip until stiff peaks form.

15. Beat the egg whites.

16.The egg yolk paste and egg white paste are ready.

17. Add 1/3 of the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste.

18. Stir quickly and evenly.

19. Add the other 2/3 of the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste.

20. Continue to stir quickly.

21. Pour into a measuring cup and set aside.

22. Grease the mold with butter and heat over low heat.

23. Heat the mold to the desired temperature and pour in an appropriate amount of cocoa batter.

24. Cover with lid and bake on low heat for about 1 minute.

25. Then turn it over and bake for another 1-2 minutes.

26. Turn it over again and bake for about half a minute.

27. Open the lid. It's done when both sides fall off the mold.

28. Take out and let cool.

29. Pour ice cubes into a large basin and add appropriate amount of water.

30. Place the bowl of whipped cream on a basin of ice water.

31. Add the granulated sugar all at once and beat quickly with a whisk.

32. The whipped cream will become thicker and thicker as you beat it. Continue beating until it is still fluid.

33. Keep beating until the cream solidifies and does not flow.

34. Cut the waffles.

35. Spread a thick layer of filling on the bottom.

36. Cover with another slice and cut in half. Put the cut waffles in the refrigerator to set, then you can eat them.
