How to make loach noodles

In daily life, many people have to choose to eat out due to work pressure. They do not have too much energy to cook for themselves. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple to make and can be completed in a short time. For example, the method of loach noodles is very simple, so you may want to consider it.

1. Wash the loach and drain the water

2. Heat oil in a hot pan, put in the drained loach and fry until cooked. Flatten it with a spatula and add appropriate amount of salt. Place in a bowl and set aside.

3. Chop ginger and garlic into small pieces for later use.

4. Heat the oil pan, add cold water and bring to a boil, pour in the chopped garlic and ginger, then add the noodles and cook until cooked.

5. Chop the green onion and celery into small pieces, leaving a piece of celery leaf uncut and use it as garnish at the end.

6. Pour the chopped onion, celery and fried loach into the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well with a spatula.

7. Now you can serve the food in a bowl and put the remaining celery leaf in a corner of the bowl as decoration.

8. Hurry up and pick up your chopsticks and start eating!
