How to cook duck legs in sauce

1. Wash the duck legs, change the water twice, and remove some of the fat;

2. Pour cold water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and skim off the foam;

3. Take out and put it in a bowl for later use;

4. Wash and cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and set aside appropriate amount of garlic cloves. Prepare appropriate amounts of fennel, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon, bay leaves, and dried chilies, and put them into a seasoning box or a homemade gauze bag for later use;

8. When the duck meat can be easily pierced with chopsticks, add some soy sauce and rock sugar. Cover the pot, simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, and then reduce the sauce to medium heat.

9. Put the stewed duck legs into a plate and let them cool thoroughly;

10. Cut the duck into strips and place on a plate;
