How to make beef tofu pudding

12. Start frying the beef. When the oil is 50% hot, pour the beef into the pot, stir-fry until it is loose, add cooking wine and soy sauce, then add the bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

13. Then add the onion, ginger, garlic and celery and continue to stir-fry

14. Add green and red peppers and a small amount of water and cook for a while.

15. Finally, thicken with water starch and pour the cooked beef on the tofu pudding.
